Wait for a pullback before buying it says Fitzpatrick, Jim Cramer says the balance sheet is horrible. Cramer says buy Transocean ( RIG ) instead if you like oil drillers.

Compugen ( CGEN ) - $0.57 Up 29.55% - This tiny penny drug stock has some positive news out today. Very low volume though! Compugen Announces Positive Therapeutic Effects of Relaxin Receptor Peptide Ligand in Pulmonary Fibrosis Animal Model
Casella Waste Systems ( CWST ) - $1.10 up 29% - This penny stock recycling company has been up for three straight days. No news that I can see

Stocks to Buy March 17, 2009 3/17/09
Monday, during regular trading hours, there were many stocks that continued to break out to the upside. In the last hour, the stock market could not stage a 5 day rally and stocks sold off. During after hours, we got news that Alcoa ( AA ) was cutting their dividend and the stock went lower. We also got guidance out of Energy Conversion Devices ( ENER ) which was bad and that stock fell. These are two stocks worth watching over the next few weeks.

Bank Stocks - The real momentum continues to be in the banking stocks. Tonight on Mad Money, Jim Cramer praised Bank of America ( BAC ), Citigroup ( C ), and Wells Fargo ( WFC ). He says look to buys these after profit taking over the next few days. I also think you should watch Financial Bull 3X ( FAS ) and Financial Bear 3X ( FAZ ). FAZ really performed well at the end of the day today as money came out of the financials.
Star Bulk Carriers ( SBLK ) - $2.30 Up 26.38% - SBLK jumping in afterhours trading as they beat by .05EPS - Star Bulk Carriers Corp. Reports Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter and the Year Ended December 31, 2008
iStar Financial ( SFI ) - $1.97 Up 15.88% - iStar Financial Completes New $1 Billion Secured Term Loan and Restructuring of Existing Unsecured Revolving Credit Facilities
