Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - Loved the way RIMM traded Tuesday as the stock market fell. The RIMM / China Mobile news is very positive for future growth. The stock broke up through $61.49 so I wouldn't be surprised to see $63.50-$65 before earnings on 12/17/09. All bets are off if RIMM would close below $60.

Bank of America Corp (BAC) - Bank of America Corporation broke down through 2 support levels Tuesday. I really want to buy the stock but entry point is key. When I buy BAC, I want it to rise....not fall even more. I am watching the 50 day moving average closely. As soon as BAC closes back over this level, I will jump back in. The fundamentals for the future match up, now I need the technicals to match up.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS) - Still watching the 50 day moving average located at $16.41. Looking to buy the stock on a close over that moving average. $14.92 must hold on the downside or it could get ugly.

Netlist Inc. (NLST) - As I write today's report, I notice that NLST is surging back above $5. This looks like a retest of the 10 day moving average located at $5.32. A close over this level with volume would be bullish.

Origin Agritech Limited (SEED) - The momentum in SEED appears to have died. This is a stock you still want to watch due to the recent break out. I plan to buy when the stock breaks above $11.50.

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - The volume has clearly died with this stock. The stock continues to hold $29 which is bullish. I will be buying AIG when the stock breaks above $32 as well as $33.

Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - I continue to watch FAS & FAZ for potential trading opportunities. I would like to buy FAS below $70, preferably between $65-$68. I would also buy FAS if it broke up through $76.33.

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) - Tuesday's low was $1.21 so CTIC is holding previous resistance which is now solid support. Keep an eye on $1.28 & $1.31, a break above those two levels should start a new break out.

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $0.98 - Resistance = $1.11

Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $0.88 - Resistance $0.99
