The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 10286 on 12/8/09, as the stock market dropped on credit concerns in Dubai and Greece. The Dow Jones was particularly hit hard due to a profit warning from 3M Co. (MMM) and a weak sales report out of McDonald's Corp (MCD). All three of these events caused investors to sell stocks and jump into the US Dollar.

The S&P 500 has support around 1083-1085, a close below this level would be bearish for stocks.
