Cell Therapeutics, Inc ( CTIC ) closed above $1.21 on Monday which is very bullish going forward. The next two major resistance levels are $1.28 and $1.31 but then It's off to the races in my opinion. I have a personal price target of $1.40-$1.50. I will now be a buyer of pullbacks near the 200 day moving average located at $1.08.
