The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 8575 on 5/8/09, as the stock market popped due to the stress test results being better then expected. There has been a huge sentiment shift from the fear of owning the bank stocks to the fear of not owning them. The Dow Jones Futures were up nicely this morning as we received a better then expected jobs report. All major averages bounced back from yesterday as we go into the weekend.
