Stocks to Watch - 5/11/09 - Stock Market Ideas

Financials: It seems that if the stock market is open, the financials are going up. I used to say this about Google and Baidu back in late 2007. I will be watching the following bank stocks on Monday.

Citigroup Inc. (NYSE:C) - Check out my Citi chart analysis

Bank of America Corp. (NYSE:BAC) - Support at $13.55 and resistance at $14.62

Financial Bull 3x ( FAS ) & Financial Bear 3x ( FAZ ) - Check out my chart analysis

Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE:WFC) - Jim Cramer was out at 2:30 with bullish comments on WFC. I see resistance at $28.34, $30, and then $32.09. Support at the 200 day moving average around $24-$24.20

Fifth Third Bancorp ( FITB ) - FITB stock is now positive for the 2009 after crossing $8.29 I think it was. FITB set a record for volume with over 150 million shares traded while breaking up through the 200 day moving average at $8.09. The next two levels of resistance are $9.53 and then $12.88. If you are trading this, put a stop at $8.08, you can always get back in when it crosses $8.09 again.

Huntington Bancshares Inc. (HBAN) - HBAN is another regional bank that was on fire Friday. HBAN needs to close above $5.66 which is the 200 day moving average. After that, no major resistance until $8.06.

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) - CTIC still hanging in there after a monster move over the past five trading sessions. Support continues to be $0.97-$1.00.

United States Natural Gas (UNG) - Natural Gas has been on fire. It is going higher! Check out my analysis.
