Newlead Holdings (NEWL) shares remain halted as the NASDAQ looks into the company's press releases and recent business partnerships.  Newlead Holdings (NEWL) has been under a T-12 halt since the stock market opened this morning and nobody knows how long NEWL will be halted for.

Expect the NASDAQ to take their time on this trading halt since NEWL shares are down 99.4% in 2014.  The company is basically a scam.

Clean Diesel Technologies CDTID Stock Halted - T-12 Halt

Clean Diesel Technologies, Inc. (CDTID) stock was halted for trading today by the NASDAQ at 2:40pm EST. This CDTID trading halt came after the stock was up almost 90% for the day. The halt was a T-12 halt which is when an exchange requests additional information from a company.

When will CDTID trade again? It depends! These T-12 halts can last a day, a week, or even months. We don't know what the NASDAQ is requesting so it's hard to speculate. If Clean Diesel Tech doesn't open back up tomorrow, the company has some major problems on it's hands.

My guess is the NASDAQ is looking into the recent news and is asking CDTID to provide a public statement on the cause of the recent stock spike. Clean Diesel Tech would probably be wise to come out and state, " We don't comment on market activity."
