China New Borun (BORN) - Buy or Sell?  Buy BORN for a trade only when it's breaking out, sell otherwise!

China New Borun Corporation (BORN) popped 130% on heavy volume Tuesday and set a new 52 week high. BORN seems to be following in the footsteps of VisionChina Media Inc. (VISN) which has seen a rise of 559% in the last month.

Every few years, low float Chinese stocks are targeted by day traders as momentum buys. Shorts are squeezed and we see large spikes. These stocks are easy to manipulate and one big buyer can push a stock way up and then day traders jump in regardless of what the company produces or earns.

The best way to trade these momentum stocks is to buy when they break through the high of the day after a pullback. Also, when a stock pauses for a day or two and then breaks back up through it's previous 52 week high on heavy volume, chances are it's ready to pop again. These stocks are high risk so always keep a tight stop! They are not good long term investments, some will go bankrupt.

Google (GOOG) Stock Downgraded October 2012

Shares of Google (GOOG) have been downgraded 4 times so far this morning after the company's earnings release was filed 4 hours early on Thursday.

I don't expect GOOG to recover until the next earnings report.

Google (GOOG) stock is currently trading at $694 in pre market trading today.

Today we got the Jobs Report Number and as expected, it was ugly! The market priced most of it in over the past two days however

Futures aren't telling us the whole story....the down limit was deceptive Friday. It was like a vaccum, sellers sold quick after seeing asian markets and there were no buyers.

Pre Market trading is a little crazy today, I wish we could see a little more panic this morning.

I think the end to this stock market crash is near, but i'd like to see panic and I don't like to bottom in November so hopefully we can get this taken care of soon.

The Stock Market futures are bouncing off their lows this morning after Bill Gross Spoke on CNBC.

10/22/08 Biggest Gainers - Blockbuster ( BBI ) Dollar Thrifty Auto ( DTG )

Two of the biggest stock market gainers today, October 22nd, 2008 - were Blockbuster ( BBI ) and Dollar Thrifty Auto ( DTG )

Blockbuster BBI came out with news right before the close that they reaffirm earnings guidance for Q3 and full year 2008. BBI shot up 11% to close at $1.32 on the nyse.

Dollar Thrifty Auto DTG was the hottest stock today in the stock market shooting up 149% to close at $1.92 on the nyse. Dollar Thrifty expects to earn a 3rd quarter profit and updated investors on its Liquidity.

These will be two stock to day trade on 10/23/08 so keep them on your watchlists.
