Hilton Worldwide (HLT) Stock Analysis 12/13/13 December 13, 2013

The Hilton (HLT) stock opened for trading on Thursday but as expected, shares didn't do a much.  HLT traded between $21-$22 with not much movement in between.  When large IPO's like Hilton go public, they tend to be boring due to so many shares flooding the market.  Hilton (HLT) only traded 47 million shares in the first two hours of trading.  There are 117.6 million available right now.

Buy Hilton (HLT) - Buy HLT only if it breaks above $21.92 but don't expect huge gains.  My advice it to buy TSLA, YELP, TWTR.  These stocks have been working and will do well in 2014.

The Hilton (HLT) IPO priced at $20 per share last night and will open for trading today.  The largest hotel chain in the world will list on the NYSE with 117.6 million shares hitting the market.  What time will the Hilton (HLT) stock IPO open?  Since the listing will take place on the NYSE, expect HLT stock to begin trading around 9:45-10am EST.  It will take awhile to match up all of the orders so the debut might be pushed back to 10:15am EST.  Expect a lot of volume and shares of HLT to be well received.

Hilton, a famous hotel chain, will IPO this week on the NYSE under the ticker symbol HLT.  Hilton (HLT) stock should be well received as this is a huge international brand.  Hilton (HLT) is looking to sell 64 million shares while another shareholder will be unloading 49 million shares. They expect to price between $18-$21.

The lead underwriters for the Hilton (HLT) IPO are Goldman Sachs and Bank of America
