8/24/09 - Shares of Capital One Financial Corp. (COF) are set to open slightly higher in pre market trading this morning as Barclays has issued a key upgrade.
Price Target - $50
Barclays is upgrading Capital One citing long-term earnings growth as the company benefits from declining charge-offs and credit costs.
The next major resistance level I see on the charts for COF is the early November high of $41.29.
