The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 11020 on 10/12/10, as the stock market traded higher and continues to break out to the upside. As far as stock trading goes, I tried to short ASTI several times today but could not get filled. I continue to hold HDY which has greatly run beyond my expectations. I could make the case that the stock is still incredibly undervalued but is still very risky ( so I will not make the case right now ). Given the risk, I have a hold rating on the stock in the short term and will not be buying more until I see a major dip. HDY is my top stock pick for 2011 as of right now. We could see a run-up into the October 25th meeting but then a sell on the news event. I will keep you updated on my thoughts.
