It seems as though everyone is watching Libor rates these days. Today's Libor Rates for 1/21/10 are: 1 Month Libor Rate - 0.231% & 3 Month Libor Rate - 0.249%. The overnight Libor rate is 0.169%. As you can see, Libor Rates changed today, January 21, 2010. While the overnight libor rate dropped, the 1 & 3 month libor rates stayed the same.
