Athersys, Inc. (ATHX) - As I stated yesterday, ATHX is a momentum stock worth watching. After selling off all day long, ATHX exploded higher on Tuesday testing the $5.00 level. The volume is certainly here and the stock could run up a few more dollars if it closes over $5.00. Support is located around $4.25 as well as $3.60.

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - AIG ripped through $30 and produced another big gain Tuesday. Support is now located at $30 which must hold on the downside. Resistance is located at $32 and $33. A break above $33 would be very bullish and the high $30's could be just around the corner.

MBIA Inc. (MBI) - Ambac Financial Group, Inc. (ABK) - These two stocks are getting a huge bounce with AIG....watch them closely on Wednesday.

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. (GMCR) - GMCR broke $70 again and continues to slowly drift higher. This is a stock that I own and one of the strongest stocks on my radar lately. Every pullback brings in more buyers. I even got a Keurig Brewer for my birthday today and love it. I expect a blow out earnings report in late January and also expect a new 52 week high soon.

Brigham Exploration Co. (BEXP) - BEXP hit another 52 week high on Tuesday as oil prices hit $75 again. This is a stock that could easily go to $20-$25 in 2010. I'd be buying an $2 correction in the stock.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - RIMM pulled back between $67-$68 Tuesday after UBS added the stock to the least preferred list. This is an attractive buying area for the long term. For a swing trade, wait for the stock to break back through It's high of the day.

Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan, Inc. (POT) - A day after Potash was added to the conviction buy list at Goldman Sachs, POT is trading back over $110. Resistance for the rest of the week is located at $114.50.

Bank of America Corp (BAC) - Bank of America Corporation is still in bottoming mode it looks like. I plan to buy BAC when it closes back over the 50 day moving average located at $15.86.

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS appears to be starting a mini uptrend here. Resistance is located at $75, $76.31, and $80. I would not be buying FAZ right now at all.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS) - Waiting to buy when LVS closes above It's 50 day moving average located at $16.07. Until then, I remain on the sidelines.

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $1.24 - Resistance = $1.41

Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $1.02 - Resistance $1.14
