American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - AIG rallied back on Tuesday after the company swapped some debt with the New York Fed. The stock was around 11% on the day and traded near the highs going into the afternoon. Keep an eye on these two resistance levels, if they are broken, the potential for a major short squeeze is large! $33, $33.99.

Pacific Ethanol, Inc. (PEIX) - PEIX hit a new 52 week high on Tuesday as the stock continues to gain on the Idaho plant news. A break above $1.06 would be huge for this stock going forward.

Origin Agritech Limited (SEED) - SEED was on fire again Tuesday but stopped short of $15 resistance. I'm not sure how much long this momentum can last but I continue to trade this stock actively. I am a big fan of buying 10-15% pullbacks for a quick bounce trade.

Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan, Inc. (POT) - POT has been resuming the recent break out which I pointed out weeks ago. Resistance is located at $118.05 as well as $121.08. If we get the gift of buying under $100 again, I will be loading up big time.

Netlist Inc. (NLST) - On Monday, NLST closed below the 10 day moving average which was a sign to avoid the stock. We then saw it tanked afterhours on a lawsuit. At this point, I would not be a buyer of NLST until it closed back over the 10 day moving average located at $5.88.

DryShips, Inc. (DRYS) - DRYS had a solid day on low volume Tuesday. $6.50 is a resistance level that if broken, could send shares back to retest $7.00 and above. $6.00 continues to be support on the downside.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) - AMD bounced off the 10 day moving average at $7.01 which is very bullish. Resistance on the upside is located at $7.33.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS) - LVS had a great day after a guest on CNBC came on Tuesday morning and recommended the stock. Keep an eye on the 50 day moving average located at $16.63, a close over this level would bring further upside.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - RIMM was strong on Tuesday as is flirting with the $60 resistance level. A close back over $60 would be bullish and there is a good chance that RIMM would retest $63.50 in the coming weeks.

Bank of America Corp (BAC) - Bank of America Corporation was weak again with most of the financials on Tuesday. The banks have not participated in the stock market rally for atleast a month yet get hit hard when the stock market falls. Be cautious but keep an eye on the 50 day moving average located at $16.37. BAC has not closed over this level in 29 trading sessions. When this changes, I will buy the stock.

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS broke up through $73.40 Monday afternoon and you see the end result. FAS is starting to gain some momentum but with the major banks weak, the stock is held back. The best thing to do in my opinion is just watch BAC. As soon as BAC closes back over It's 50 day moving average at $16.37, It will be time to get long FAS.

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $0.98 - Resistance = $1.11

Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $0.88 - Resistance $0.99
