The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 10472 on 12/1/09, as the stock market soared on better then expected pending home sales. The Dow Jones Futures were higher in pre market as the stock market seemed to be getting over the Dubai credit crisis fears. At 10am EST, pending home sales came out up 3.6% and the Dow Jones was up over 100 points.

Weakness in Apple Inc. (AAPL) caused stocks to correct last in the trading day.

Wednesday, we will get a look into private sector employment with the ADP Employment report due out at 8:15am EST.
