Delta Petroleum Corp. (DPTR) - DPTR skyrocketed above the 50 day moving average located at $1.20. A close over this level would be bullish and spark another rally. Keep an eye on $1.40 which was the high of the day on Wednesday.

Sunesis Pharmaceuticals Inc. (SNSS) - SNSS took another hit Wednesday. I am looking to buy the stock when it breaks $1.74.

Netlist Inc. (NLST) - NLST is back in play after holding the mid $5's several times this week.
Look for NLST to surge when it breaks Wednesday's high of $6.49. I'd be a buyer of pullbacks below $5.80.

YRC Worldwide Inc. (YRCW) - Keep an eye on YRCW on Thursday. A break above $1.15 would be bullish and you could see additional buyers come back into the stock. This is strickly for a trade however.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - RIMM broke back over $65 the day before earnings. This is extremely bullish action ahead of what I feel will be great earnings. The key will be what the company says about guidance going into 2010. Expect earnings at 4pm on 12/17/09.

Bank of America Corp (BAC) - Bank of America Corporation stock seems to be basing in the low to mid $15's. Support is located at $15 while resistance is the 50 day moving average at $16.06. I plan to buy BAC when it closes above the 50 day moving average.

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - I continue to watch AIG closely. I plan to buy the stock for a trade when it breaks back above $30. Every time it gets near $29.50, I watch it like a hawk.

Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS is stuck in this tight range between $70-$73.50 as we head into the end of the year. Expect the volatility and volume to come back at the start of 2010. I'd be a buyer below $68 down to $65.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS) - Waiting to buy when LVS closes above It's 50 day moving average located at $16.27.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) - AMD hit a new 52 week high on Wednesday at $9.39. This is a stock the appears to be headed into the teens. I'd be a buyer of any pullbacks of 10-15%.

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $1.30, $1.45 - Resistance = $1.80

Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $1.13 - Resistance $1.27, $1.40
