Delta Petroleum Corp. (DPTR) - Shares of Delta Petroleum Corp were on fire for the second straight day on Tuesday. Resistance is located at $1.11 & $1.21 which is the 50 day moving average. A close over the 50 day moving average would be bullish.

JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. (JASO) - JA Solar was another stock on fire Tuesday. The company will be buying back $75 million worth of shares . I am watching the $6.29 level from June 2009. A break above that area will bring in more buyers.

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $1.30, $1.45 - Resistance = $1.80

Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $1.13 - Resistance $1.27, $1.40

Sunesis Pharmaceuticals Inc. (SNSS) - It looks like SNSS has cooled off after soaring for the past three trading sessions. Support is located at $1.60 which must hold on a closing basis. I will buy SNSS for a trade when the stock breaks back above $2.00 again.

Cyclacel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (CYCC) - CYCC also cooled down after running with SNSS over the past three trading days. Support is located at $1.00 as well as $0.85.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - RIMM went up again on a downgrade Tuesday, a very bullish sign ahead of earnings due out Thursday after the close. If RIMM reports an EPS number of $1.08 or higher and issues solid guidance, the stock should soar.

Chesapeake Energy Corporation (CHK) - CHK is a stock to buy if you like the XOM/XTO deal that was announced this morning. Chesapeake has valuable natural gas property in the Haynesville Shale - Marcellus Shale - Barnett Shale - Fayetteville Shale - Chattanooga Shale - Huron Shale. Resistance is now located at $25.

Bank of America Corp (BAC) - Bank of America Corporation took a hit after Citigroup stock plunged again. $15 must hold on a closing basis or things could get ugly. Long term, this stock is a solid buy if you have a 1-2 year time horizon.

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - Its interesting to see FRE & FNM stocks run without AIG. Four months ago, AIG stock would be up 10-20% in one day. As long as AIG remain below $30, I do not want to own the stock. A break above $30 will get me back into AIG for a trade.

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS is stuck in this tight range between $70-$73.50 as we head into the end of the year. Expect the volatility and volume to come back at the start of 2010. I'd be a buyer below $68 down to $65.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS) - Waiting to buy when LVS closes above It's 50 day moving average located at $16.30.

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) - CTIC is hanging out at support which is located around $1.08. I will be a buyer for a trade when the stock clears $1.30 on the upside.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) - AMD hit a new 52 week high on Tuesday at $9.08. This is a stock the appears to be headed into the teens. I'd be a buyer of any pullbacks of 10-15%.

Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan, Inc. (POT) - Potash is in consolidation mode after a huge run. POT is another stock I like for 2010. I issued a buy on this stock at $102 about three weeks ago with a price target of $140-$150 for 2010.
