The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 10452 on 12/15/09, as the stock market dropped due to the financial stocks remaining weak.. Citigroup ( C ) is expected to price their stock offering tonight which could put even more pressure on the financials tomorrow. The stock broke many technical support levels today which is bearish for the short term. If the stock can break back above $3.80, it would be bullish for the whole sector.
