Origin Agritech Limited (SEED) - SEED gapped higher and ran a bit Tuesday morning but then sold off. I could not find any shares to short all day which was behind my sell-off thesis Monday night. The fact that there wasn't that much selling pressure helped the stock remain strong. Support is $9.80 while resistance continues to be located at $12-$12.09. Check out my SEED Technical Analysis.

Netlist Inc. (NLST) - NLST had a little run of It's own Tuesday, bouncing off $6.20 and running into the $7's. Resistance is located at $7.30 while support is located at $6.00. I would be buying a break above $7.30 and shorting a break below $6.

Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. (GMCR) - Green Mountain Coffee has finally come down to a reasonable price but at a cost. The company upped their bid for Diedrich Coffee Inc. (DDRX) Tuesday to $32 per share. This bid matches the Peet's Coffee & Tea Inc. (PEET) offer. Why the bidding war? K Cup's! The K Cup business has been booming lately and it is very lucrative. K Cups are a single serving a coffee used in the Keurig Coffee makers. If you stay at any 4 star hotels, you probably use the K Cup single serve coffee everyday.

If GMCR falls below $60, I will be buying the stock. Also, keep your eye on Caribou Coffee Company, Inc. (CBOU) which is also a takeover candidate! CBOU is also in the K Cup business.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - Looking to add more RIMM to my portfolio when the stock closes above $61. Earnings are due out in three weeks.

DryShips, Inc. (DRYS) - DRYS hit $6.05 again Tuesday and then staged a nice reversal back to $6.31. This could be the sign of a short term bottom. Stay tuned!

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - AIG continues to trade below It's 50 day moving average now located at $40.10. The volume has also died down completely. I am waiting for the next big price break out with heavy volume to jump back in. I would also buy more if the stock closed back above the 50 day moving average. $33 support must hold!

Bank of America Corp (BAC) - Bank of America Corporation continues to be strong after putting in a trading bottom several weeks ago at $14.12. Resistance is located at the 50 day moving averge ( $16.51 ) and the high two weeks ago at $16.62.

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS hit $75 Tuesday after a morning sell off. I would only be buying FAZ for a trade if FAS broke below $74.14. Resistance on FAS is back at $77.50.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS) - LVS appears to be getting ready to close below $16 on Tuesday. The next major support level to watch is located at $15. I would be buying LVS when the stock break back above $16.20.

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $1.09 - Resistance = $1.22. $1.27

Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $0.95 - Resistance $1.07
