The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 10434 on 11/24/09, as the stock market traded down big at the open but roared back to flat throughout the day. It was another low volume trading session which is to be expected as we enter the Holiday season. The Dow Jones Futures were flat in pre market but the stock market tanked in first hour of trading because of a strong US Dollar. By afternoon, stocks staged a nice rebound and actually traded slightly higher at one point. The week of Thanksgiving continues to one of the best weeks of the year. I expect a great Wednesday and Friday.

Tomorrow we will receive the Initial Jobless Claims data one day early due to Thanksgiving on Thursday.
