Citigroup Inc (C:NYSE) hit a new weekly high at $4.28 early on Wednesday but then sold off all day long. The stock continues to close above the 10 day moving average which is bullish but the late day weakness has me very concerned. Support is located at $4.00 as well as $3.80. I'd like to see a close back over the 50 day moving average ( currently $4.46 ) which will get me to buy more stock for my long term portfolio. Until then, I will be watching and waiting.
