Stocks to Watch - 10/8/09 - Stock Market Ideas

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) - CTIC hit the 200 day moving average this morning, bounced, and then broke through the high of the day located at $0.96. CTIC then rallied back near the $1.20 resistance area. I continue to like pullbacks to the 200 day moving average. I would also buy a break up through $1.20 for a quick trade.

Repros Therapeutics Inc. (RPRX) - RPRX skyrocketed in pre market but then sold off most of the day due to a small hormone study. For a trade, I will be buying the stock when it breaks up through $2.20 resistance. I no longer like this stock under $2.

Vonage Holdings Corporation (VG) - Late day rally, could be a big mover Thursday. Resistance at $2.07, $2.25, $2.63

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - AIG continues to trade above the 10 day moving average with great strength. For a trade, I like buying dips back to the 10 day moving average ( $44.25 ).

Citigroup Inc (C:NYSE) - Citigroup Inc. continues to trade above the 10 day moving average but below $4.80 resistance. I like pullbacks to the 10 day moving average located at $4.59. Check out my latest Technical Analysis

Bank of America Corp (BAC) - Nothing has really changed except and upgrade out of Wells Fargo today. Bank of America Corporation is trading above the 10 day moving average. I will be a buying BAC when the stock closes above $18.24.

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS continues to to be bought heavily at the 10 day moving average ( $79.50 ). I'd be buying of FAZ if FAS closes back below the 10 day moving average.

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $1.60 - Resistance = $1.86, $1.90
Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $1.32 - Resistance = $1.56, $1.60

CEL-SCI Corp. (CVM) - CVM received some news Wednesday but failed to hold $1.60. This is very bearish and all signs point to a further decline. I will be buying CVM when the stock closes above $1.60.

DryShips, Inc. (DRYS) - Keep an eye on $7.00 resistance....after investors were selling below $6 last week, DRYS is back near $7 once again.
