YRC Worldwide Inc. (YRCW) - YRCW stock surged Monday as the long term financing agreement date comes near. " YRC says gets breathing room on credit covenants ." Expect some kind of news to come out on or before Oct 30th.

As for the stock, I will buy for a trade if YRCW breaks up through $5.00.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - RIMM stock is testing some critical support levels right now. Besides $65 being major support, the 200 day moving average is currently located at $65.30. A close below $65 would be bearish and I would not be adding to my position. I plan to add to my long position on a close over $68 as well as $71.42 which was the high the day after earnings were released.

DryShips, Inc. (DRYS) - DRYS will be reporting earnings Monday night, the company is expected to report earnings of around $0.21 on Revenue of $211 Million. I plan to add to my long position when the stock closes back above $8.00.

Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN) - The stock hit a fresh 52 week high on Monday after Jim Cramer slapped a $150 price target on the stock. He also said this is the biggest short squeeze ever.

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - AIG broke the $37.76 & $36.86 levels on Monday. The technicals look ugly as the 10 day moving average is getting ready to break down through the 50 day moving average. I may take a shot if AIG traded between $34-$35. Resistance continues to be $40.

Bank of America Corp (BAC) - Shares of Bank of America Corporation hit $15.07 Monday afternoon. This stock basically took down the whole banking sector. Concern over dilution is the prime reason the stock is getting hammered. Read this news write up for more clarification. As for the technicals, B of A broke the recent low of $15.62. If the stock continues to close below $15.62, there is really no major support until $14 which would then be a great buying opportunity.

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS is now back to the $79.50 support area. If more sellers take this stock down to the $74-$75 area, I will be a buyer. Anything under $70 is a strong buy in my opinion. That said, there is more room for FAZ to go up but the easy money has been made.

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $1.24 - Resistance = $1.35

Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $1.07 - Resistance $1.20


Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS) - LVS actually held up well depsite the sell off on Monday. I continue to monitor the 10 day moving average ( $16.83 ) and the 50 day moving average ($16.37). As soon as LVS closes back over the 10 day, it could a nice bounce.

Sirius XM Radio Inc. (SIRI) - SIRI is now back below the 10 and 50 day moving averages. I would be avoiding this stock until it closes back over $0.63 with strong volume.

Human Genome Sciences Inc. (HGSI) - Key Lupus trial data expected Nov 2nd.....keep HGSI on your watchlist.
