7/14/09 - Good Morning Everyone - Below is a list of stocks getting upgraded in pre market today. Keep in mind, retail sales are due out at 8:30am but the real story today will be the Intel ( INTC ) earnings after the bell. Dell Inc. (DELL) warned last night that margins are shrinking but stabilization has been occurring.

Exxon Mobil Corp. (XOM) - $85 Price target
Hess Corporation (HES) - $65 Price Target
ConocoPhillips (COP) - $51 Price Target
Murphy Oil Corporation (MUR) - $72 Price Target
Marathon Oil Corporation (MRO) - $34 Price Target
Chevron Corp. (CVX) - $89 Price Target

Acorda Therapeutics, Inc. (ACOR) - Leerink initiates coverage - outperform rating - $31 price target

Allos Therapeutics, Inc. (ALTH) - Initiated at Leerink with $11 price target

Blue Nile Inc. (NILE) - Upgraded at Citigroup this morning with a $50 price target.

Bronco Drilling Co. Inc. (BRNC) - $4 price target at FBR Capital - way to go out on a limb guys!

Dell Inc. (DELL) - Citigroup reiterates Buy rating on pullback

Fairchild Semiconductor International Inc. (FCS) - Merriman is slapping a buy on shares of FCS - price target is $8.75-$10.

Gap Inc. (GPS) - Keybanc initiates Gap with a Hold rating

L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. (LLL) - Upgraded to Overweight at JP Morgan

POSCO (PKX) - Posco is a steel & iron company out of South Korea - Upgraded at Morgan Stanley this morning.

Signature Bank (SBNY) - Inititated Buy rating with $32.25 price target - Bank of America

VMware, Inc. (VMW) - Upgraded at Jefferies today with price target moving to $25 from $20.....but what I don't understand is why this is an upgrade when VMW stock is trading at $28.50.

Yahoo! Inc. (YHOO) - Canaccord target price on YHOO - $20
