Stocks to Watch - 6/30/09 - Stock Market Ideas

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS stock broke through the $9.20 resistance level Monday and continues to attract buyers. A break back below $9.20 will entice me to jump into FAZ for a trade but am much more willing to do so when FAS is near $10. With key bank earnings due out several weeks from now, you have to be cautious holding both of these ETF's. I would be a buyer of FAS below $8.60.

Citigroup Inc (C:NYSE) - Citigroup stock is still hanging out around $3. At this point, Citigroup can go either way. Keep an eye on resistance at $3.10 and support at $2.90. I believe the next major move will come when one of these two prices are broken. Citigroup ( C ) earnings are due out July 17, 2009. Citi is expected to lose $0.30 per share.

Bank of America Corp ( BAC ) - Bank of America Corporation is testing $13 per share. BAC stock traded back over the 10 day moving average Monday and is now facing the 200 day moving average resistance level at $13.44. A close over this moving average would be huge and you could see another upward move.

Neah Power Systems, Inc. (NPWS.OB) - NPWS has been on fire since last week. The fast rise and huge sell off Monday morning tells me the run is over or will soon be over after one more final pop. NPWS stock has gone from $0.015 to $0.017 in just 4 trading days. The only way i'd buy this stock to for it to break the high of the trading session on any given day.

Hemispherx Biopharma, Inc. (HEB) - HEB had a nice week last week and is now trading back near $2.75. Friday's run up could have been from the Russell 3000 rebalancing which cause large volume spike. Investors are still waiting for FDA approval on the CFS drug called Ampligen. It has been over 2 weeks since the FDA delay deadline ended. Management remains silent.

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) - CTIC stock was on fire Friday due to Russell 3000 rebalancing. I believe forced index buying tributed to the massive volume spike and percentage gain. $1.67 continues to be support and $1.85 is resistance.

Xynergy Holdings, Inc. (XYNH.PK) - XYNH stock surged Monday after the company released the following news Friday night. Xynergy Holdings Announces Breakthrough Results for Hydro X Assist(TM) Technology
