Resistance Levels: 8630, 8700
Support Levels: 8400, 8250

The Dow Jones is back testing the 10 and 50 day moving averages on a closing basis and so far they have held. All three major moving averages have come together and the Dow is forming a head and shoulders pattern. If the Dow doesn't close above 8600 and hold in the next week, we could have a major sell off on the way. I am watching two support levels; 8400 and 8250. If the Dow closes below 8250, I think the Dow will retest 8000 and below. For More Technical Analysis - Go Here
