Ambac Financial Group, Inc. (ABK) - Shares of Ambac Financial Group, Inc. are falling again as the stock market tanks. These momentum stocks need a rising stock market to even have a chance at breaking out. Ambac has support located at $0.83 which is the 50 day moving average but will now have resistance at $0.94 which is the 200 day moving average. I will get back into Ambac when the stock breaks above $0.94 again.

Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS is falling with the stock market and now has major resistance located between $24-$25.50. If FAS closes below $21.50, look out below. I would then start to buy the stock again below $20. The first wave of resistance is located at $24.04.

Bank of America Corp. (BAC) - Shares of Bank of America Corp. are now back below $14 on Thursday. Bank of America Corp. now has resistance located at $14.65 as well as $15.04 which is the 50 day moving average. Pullbacks below $13.50 are a buy.

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - Shares of American Intl Group, Inc. are back in the $38's after being rejected at $40 this week. AIG has support at $37 but then nothing until $37.

Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (GS) - Shares of Goldman Sachs Group still make my watchlist. Look for Goldman Sachs to rally if the stock breaks above through $152. Anything under $140 is a strong buy.

Sirius XM Radio (SIRI) - Shares of Sirius XM Radio are now starting to form a base around $1.00. The next major resistance level for Sirius XM Radio is located at $1.10. Pullbacks to $0.90 are a buy.

Baidu, Inc. (BIDU) - Shares of Baidu, Inc. are back under $80 after breaking above it on Thursday. Resistance is now located at the 52 week high which is $82.29. A close above $82.29 and I think Baidu can run up to $87-$90.

Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO) - Shares of Cisco Systems, Inc. are back above the 10 & 50 day moving averages similar to FAS. I think Cisco Systems is getting ready to move back into the low $24's and retest the 200 day moving average. Pullbacks below $22 are now a strong buy.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) - Shares of Advanced Micro Devices were lower on a downgrade on Thursday. AMD has support located at $7.50 and then $7.00.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - Shares of Research in Motion Ltd appear to have hit a short term top around $56. If Research in Motion pulls back below $50, I'd be a buyer.

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) - Shares of Cell Therapeutics, Inc. continue the bearish downtrend. Right now, I'd be avoiding Cell Therapeutics until it breaks above $0.55. CTIC will have resistance located at $0.55 and $0.70.

BP Plc (BP) hit $38.90 today but failed to break the previous two high of $39 and $39.81. BP stock should explode on a break above $40 whenever that happens down the road. BP has support right now at the 10 day moving average located at $37.00. I'd be a buyer of BP below $35 if we see a sell off anytime soon.

YRC Worldwide Inc. (YRCW) - Shares of YRC Worldwide Inc. spiked to $0.42 resistance on Thursday but then failed to break it. I am on the sidelines until after earnings which are August 3rd, 2010. Click Here to add to our YRC Worldwide Discussion.

Ambac Financial Group, Inc. (ABK) - Shares of Ambac Financial Group, Inc. are falling again as the stock market tanks. These momentum stocks need a rising stock market to even have a chance at breaking out. Ambac has support located at $0.83 which is the 50 day moving average but will now have resistance at $0.94 which is the 200 day moving average. I will get back into Ambac when the stock breaks above $0.94 again.

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS is falling with the stock market and now has major resistance located between $24-$25.50. If FAS closes below $21.50, look out below. I would then start to buy the stock again below $20. The first wave of resistance is located at $24.04.

Bank of America Corp. (BAC) - Shares of Bank of America Corp. are now back below $14 on Thursday. Bank of America Corp. now has resistance located at $14.65 as well as $15.04 which is the 50 day moving average. Pullbacks below $13.50 are a buy.

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - Shares of American Intl Group, Inc. are back in the $38's after being rejected at $40 this week. AIG has support at $37 but then nothing until $37.

Stocks to Watch for Daytrading - YRC Worldwide Inc. (YRCW) - Ambac Financial Group, Inc. (ABK) - Pacific Ethanol, Inc. (PEIX) - OceanFreight, Inc. (OCNF) - Samson Oil & Gas Limited (SSN) - Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ARNA) - Bank of Ireland (IRE) - DryShips, Inc. (DRYS) - Allied Irish Banks plc (AIB) - Somaxon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (SOMX)

Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (GS) - Shares of Goldman Sachs Group still make my watchlist. Look for Goldman Sachs to rally if the stock breaks above through $152. Anything under $140 is a strong buy.

Sirius XM Radio (SIRI) - Shares of Sirius XM Radio are now starting to form a base around $1.00. The next major resistance level for Sirius XM Radio is located at $1.10. Pullbacks to $0.90 are a buy.

Baidu, Inc. (BIDU) - Shares of Baidu, Inc. are back under $80 after breaking above it on Thursday. Resistance is now located at the 52 week high which is $82.29. A close above $82.29 and I think Baidu can run up to $87-$90.

Cisco Systems, Inc. (CSCO) - Shares of Cisco Systems, Inc. are back above the 10 & 50 day moving averages similar to FAS. I think Cisco Systems is getting ready to move back into the low $24's and retest the 200 day moving average. Pullbacks below $22 are now a strong buy.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) - Shares of Advanced Micro Devices were lower on a downgrade on Thursday. AMD has support located at $7.50 and then $7.00.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - Shares of Research in Motion Ltd appear to have hit a short term top around $56. If Research in Motion pulls back below $50, I'd be a buyer.

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) - Shares of Cell Therapeutics, Inc. continue the bearish downtrend. Right now, I'd be avoiding Cell Therapeutics until it breaks above $0.55. CTIC will have resistance located at $0.55 and $0.70.

Freddie Mac (FMCC.OB) - Support = $0.25 - Resistance = $0.35

Fannie Mae (FNMA.OB) - Support = $0.20 - Resistance $0.30

Netflix, Inc. (NFLX) Stock Falling on Earnings

Shares of Netflix, Inc. (NFLX) dropped below $100 again on Thursday after the company reported worse than expected earnings last week. Netflix, Inc. has been getting hammered ever since the stock hit a new 52 week high at $124.00.

So what now? From a technical point of view, the 10 day moving average has broken down through the 50 day moving average, very bearish. Netflix Inc has support located at $90 but then nothing until the 200 day moving average located at $78.49. Be careful with this stock right now, don't try to catch the falling knife just yet.

Resistance Levels: $40, $40.61, $45.57

Support Levels: $35, $32.00

BP Plc (BP) stock appears to have made a lower high recently at $39. BP failed at $40 during the week prior so these two levels will now be major resistance. BP is bouncing off the 10 day moving average but continuing to close above it. Support on BP is located at $37, a break below this level could result in a retest of $35. Anything below $35 from this point on is a strong buy. BP will explode to the upside when the stock closes back above $40 per share.

Bank of America Corp (BAC) is currently trading above It's 10 day moving average but is in a huge downtrend. While I like Bank of America Corp for the long term, we won't see a new uptrend begin until the stock closes above and holds It's 200 day moving average. $13-$13.30 is solid support so I'd be a buyer if the stock hit that zone. Rallies to the 50 and 200 day moving averages should be sold right now.

Apple Inc should explode when the stock breaks above $266 as all the trend lines are starting to turn up which is very bullish. My next target for Apple after $266 is the 52 week high located at $279. Pullbacks below $250 are a strong buy going forward.
