September 11, 2009 - Shares of Intel Corporation (INTC) could be very active today after Roth Capital has come out and upgraded the stock this morning.
Price Target = $25
Roth Capital upgraded Intel based on the enterprise recovery and the upcoming upgrade cycle
Looking at the charts, I would be watching the $20 level as the first resistance level on a closing basis and then last weeks high of $20.65. A close over $20.65 would be very bullish going forward!
