The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 8750 on 6/4/09, as the stock market went up on the day before we get the May jobs data which will be released Friday morning. The Dow Jones Futures opened the morning higher but right after the opening bell it was down 35 before bouncing back to even. From around 11am EST until the close, all major averages were up nicely. After a strong pullback on Wednesday, The price of Oil surged to a new 2009 high by hitting $69 per barrel. Natural Gas was down for most of the day but turned around near the close. Goldman Sachs is out with a prediction for $85 Oil by the start of 2010.

Intel INTC Buys Wind River Systems WIND - $11.50 Per Share
Intel Corporation (INTC) will be buying Wind River Systems, Inc. (WIND) for $11.50 per share on 6/4/09.
June 4, 2009 – Intel Corporation has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Wind River Systems Inc, under which Intel will acquire all outstanding Wind River common stock for $11.50 per share in cash, or approximately $884 million in the aggregate. Wind River is a leading software vendor in embedded devices, and will become part of Intel’s strategy to grow its processor and software presence outside the traditional PC and server market segments into embedded systems and mobile handheld devices. Wind River will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel and continue with its current business model of supplying leading-edge products and services to its customers worldwide.
"This acquisition will bring us complementary, market-leading software assets and an incredibly talented group of people to help us continue to grow our embedded systems and mobile device capabilities," said Renee James, Intel vice president and general manager of the company’s Software and Services Group. "Wind River has thousands of customers in a wide range of markets, and now both companies will be better positioned to meet growth opportunities in these areas."

The Dow Jones hit the 200 day moving average again today but failed to close over it for the second straight day. This is a major resistance level so this type of action is very common. A close over this level will most likely set up a run toward 9000. I will be buying pullbacks to 8500 for a bounce trade but would be a seller on a close below this level. Stocks to Watch - 6/4/09 - Stock Market Ideas
Antigenics Inc. (AGEN) - AGEN stock soared on Wednesday and is one the of hottest stocks on Wall Street right now. Over 45 million shares traded with AGEN holding up 78%. Pretty impressive. I am watching the $3.00 resistance level as well as the $3.32 high from Wednesday morning. Discuss AGEN. Antigenics Presents Positive Oncophage Interim Survival Data at ASCO.
Hemispherx Biopharma, Inc. (HEB) - HEB stock continues to soar ahead of the FDA decision on Ampligen. Watch for news out of this company expected within the next three trading days. Discuss HEB
Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) - CTIC was looking weak after more news was released in pre market trading. CTIC could be ready for a correction back to the support level of around $1.56 or just trade sideways for awhile. Watch for another close over $1.85 which would be bullish. Discuss CTIC
Targeted Genetics Corp. (TGEN) - No News but a top gainer on Wednesday
Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Direxion Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS was very weak Wednesday but as of 2:30pm EST, did not hit my $9.30 target. If FAS stock gaps down in pre market on Thursday, I will look to buy it for a bounce trade. The next support level after $9.30 is $8.60. Wednesday's high was $10.01 so a break above that would be bullish. Discuss FAS
Citigroup Inc (C:NYSE) - Citigroup continues to be weak but hit support of around $3.32-$3.34 on Wednesday. The next support levels that would have to hold are $3.26 and then $3.05.
Bank of America Corp. (NYSE:BAC) - Bank of America was also weak Wednesday as it continues to stall before the next major move. Watching $10.50 on the downside and $12 on the upside.
Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE:WFC) - $24 has been a very solid support level for WFC stock. Guy Adami loves a pullback to $22 which he says would be a strong buy.
Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - RIMM is having trouble in the low $80's. It is ok the buy RIMM under $80 with a stop at $77. A lot of the popular Wall Street traders have been piling into RIMM stock.
Dynavax Technologies Corporation (DVAX) - Interesting news out of DVAX Wednesday. Keep an eye on it for Thursday. Support appears to be in the $1.80's. Dynavax Presents Additional Phase 3 Data for HEPLISAVTM Hepatitis B Vaccine at DDW Medical Conference - Discuss DVAX

Antigenics Inc. (AGEN) - AGEN stock soared on Wednesday and is one the of hottest stocks on Wall Street right now. Over 45 million shares traded with AGEN holding up 78%. Pretty impressive. I am watching the $3.00 resistance level as well as the $3.32 high from Wednesday morning. Discuss AGEN. Antigenics Presents Positive Oncophage Interim Survival Data at ASCO.
Hemispherx Biopharma, Inc. (HEB) - HEB stock continues to soar ahead of the FDA decision on Ampligen. Watch for news out of this company expected within the next three trading days. Discuss HEB
Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) - CTIC was looking weak after more news was released in pre market trading. CTIC could be ready for a correction back to the support level of around $1.56 or just trade sideways for awhile. Watch for another close over $1.85 which would be bullish. Discuss CTIC

Direxion Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS was very weak Wednesday but as of 2:30pm EST, did not hit my $9.30 target. If FAS stock gaps down in pre market on Thursday, I will look to buy it for a bounce trade. The next support level after $9.30 is $8.60. Wednesday's high was $10.01 so a break above that would be bullish. Discuss FAS
Citigroup Inc (C:NYSE) - Citigroup continues to be weak but hit support of around $3.32-$3.34 on Wednesday. The next support levels that would have to hold are $3.26 and then $3.05.
Bank of America Corp. (NYSE:BAC) - Bank of America was also weak Wednesday as it continues to stall before the next major move. Watching $10.50 on the downside and $12 on the upside.
Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE:WFC) - $24 has been a very solid support level for WFC stock. Guy Adami loves a pullback to $22 which he says would be a strong buy.
Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - RIMM is having trouble in the low $80's. It is ok the buy RIMM under $80 with a stop at $77. A lot of the popular Wall Street traders have been piling into RIMM stock.
