IsoRay, Inc. (ISR)  - IsoRay, Inc. (ISR) rallied on positive news Tuesday and resumed it's uptrend.  Watch resistance at $2.79 on Wednesday.

Plug Power (PLUG) - Plug Power (PLUG) jumped 8% Tuesday as investors anticipate positive news in the coming weeks.  Watch resistance at $8 & $8.48 this week.

Highpower International, Inc. (HPJ) - Highpower International, Inc. (HPJ) hit a new 52 week high on Tuesday, surging 33%.  The next major resistance level to watch is located up around $9.00.

Twitter (TWTR) - Twitter (TWTR) hit $47.59 on Tuesday but then dropped.  Watch resistance at $47.75 & $48.30 this week.

GrubHub (GRUB) - Keep an eye out for the GRUB IPO later this week.

Magnegas Corporation (MNGA) - MNGA is now one of the top penny stocks in 2014.  Resistance is located at $1.60.
