Micron (MU) - MU reported strong earnings last night and is up big today.  The stock has received multiple upgrades as well.

Panera Bread (PNRA)  - After a rough last six months, PNRA is set to rebound in 2014.  The stock was upgraded today by Wells Fargo with a $195-$205 price target.

NuPathe, Inc. (PATH) - PATH is up 35% in pre market after receiving another takeover bid, this time from TEVA.
