Empire State Realty Trust will IPO this week on the NYSE under the ticker symbol ESRT.  The Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT) IPO is interesting because it own 18 commercial properties in Manhattan and the New York area.

Empire State Realty Trust (ESRT) Stock is expected to price between $13-$15 on 71.5 million shares.  The Trust came in with over $500 million in revenue over the past year.
