The selling stockholder has granted the underwriters the option to purchase up to an additional 3,750,000 shares of common stock on the same terms and conditions if the underwriters sell more than 30,000,000 shares of common stock in this offering. We have granted the underwriters the option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of common stock on the same terms and conditions if the underwriters sell more than 33,750,000 shares of common stock in this offering. Any exercise by the underwriters of their options to purchase additional shares of common stock will be made initially with respect to the 3,750,000 additional shares of common stock to be sold by the selling stockholder and then with respect to the 750,000 additional shares of common stock to be sold by us. We will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares held by the selling stockholder. No public market currently exists for our common stock.

We have been approved to list our common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "AR".
