Noodles & Co is a fast casual restaurant that serves noodle entrees from around the world. They also serve soups, salads, and sandwiches. This will be the first Noodles & Company restaurant to come to the state of Washington and I'm sure one will eventually show up in Seattle, WA as well. Seattle would be a great spot for a Noodles & company.
