The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 12132 on 8/1/11, as the stock market declined again due to the lack of a debt ceiling limit deal. However, we do have a bill on the table that will be voted on tonight. The bigger issue today was the fact that Italy is once again on fire. The Italian stock market dropped around 4% today which caused our markets drop as well.
