The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 11359 on 12/7/10, as the stock market traded began the day up big but sold off throughout the session. We hit some key resistance on all major stock market indices which caused some technical selling.

I exited my Kodiak Oil & Gas (KOG) position after the stock sold off under $5.00 in pre market and then jumped above $5.70 this afternoon. A stock that I have been holding since the $4.20's, KOG has now gone parabolic and these types of moves always bring a correction. KOG traded over 6 million shares today which is also a sign to get out. The stock has been trading 1-2 million shares when I first started buying it about a month ago.

I still hold Citigroup (C) which rallied today as well as Hyperdynamics (HDY) which is holding strong in the $3's.
