The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 9733 on 7/1/10, as the stock market traded down for the day but rallied back from steep morning losses. The Dow Jones tanked in early trading after a worse then expected housing report. By afternoon however, the major stock market averages almost came back to even for the day before falling into the close.

Tomorrow, Wall Street will get a look at the June jobs report which will be a huge stock market mover. Consensus estimates has the US losing 100,000 jobs for June. If we get a surprise gain, the market could see a nice rally.
