The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 10625 on 3/12/10, as the stock market traded sideways again today after the S&P 500 closed at a new 52 week high on Thursday. Retail sales were better then expected last month, up 0.30%. This data briefly gave a lift to the stock market but the financials sold off today which could be bearish going into next week. If we do get a shallow correction, I expect it to be very short lived. The Dow Jones could go back to 10,450 - 10,500 but I don't expect it to go much lower then that area.
