Hemispherx Biopharma, Inc. (HEB) - Shares of Hemispherx Biopharma were on fire Tuesday after the company released the following news - Hemispherx Biopharma Receives Favorable Notice Via Its Subcontractor That the FDA Seattle District Accepts Ampligen(R) Manufacturing Response. The stock is now trading back over the 50 day moving average located at $0.71. Resistance is located at $0.82, a close over this level would be very bullish and I'd want to own the stock.

SIRIUS XM Radio Inc. (SIRI) - SIRI broke through $0.90 resistance on Tuesday. The next major resistance level is located at $1.00.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - RIMM received another upgrade on Tuesday which helped the stock jump back over $65. I plan to add to my long position on a break above $65.50 or a break below $60.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) - An AMD downgrade by Goldman could not do much damaged to the stock on Tuesday. Support continues to be located at $7.50, a close below that level would be bearish and I'd look to buy under $7.

Alcoa, Inc. (AA) - Alcoa is now breaking out after bouncing off the 200 day moving average last week. I still like pullbacks to around $12.34. Support is now located at $13.50 which must hold.

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - AIG continues to be a laggard in the stock market lately. AIG failed at $24.50 again on Tuesday which sets up for an interesting trade. I plan to buy the stock for a trade when AIG finally breaks up through $24.50. Resistance is located at $26.02.

Bank of America Corp (BAC) - Bank of America Corporation broke last weeks high of $15.59. The current uptrend continues and If BAC can closed over the 50 day moving average at $15.70, we could see a run back into the $16's soon. I like pullbacks to $15.00 with a stop at $14.95.

Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS is now trading back above the 10 day moving average for the first time in a few weeks. Resistance is located at $77.50 but then there is nothing until around $82. Support is now located around $73.....if FAS would close back below $73, I'd wait for a pullback under $70 to buy again.

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $1.12 - Resistance = $1.28

Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $1.00 - Resistance $1.10
