The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 10309 on 2/17/10, as the stock market went higher on better then expected housing starts and follow through buying from yesterday. The financials were absolutely on fire today as BAC & C stocks went up by 3-4% and are breaking key resistance levels. Tonight we will get earnings out of Hewlett-Packard Company (HPQ) followed by initial claims data in the morning.
