The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 10186 on 2/1/10, as the stock market bounced after being in oversold conditions from last week. Earnings out of Exxon Mobil (XOM) also lifted the energy sector which helped the stock market rise.

The Dow Jones now has resistance around the 10,200 level. If the Dow can close a few days over this level and hold, the bulls may be able to take it even higher. We are right around the make or break area. On the downside, if the Dow falls below 10,000 I could see us going all the way down to 9750.
