The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 10038 on 2/9/10, as the stock market tanked on Ben Bernanke's strategy to withdraw stimulus and potentially hike interest rates but rallied in the afternoon. The Dow Jones Futures were flat in pre market but the Dow Jones tanked about 100 points after Ben Bernanke's comments. After Wall Street shot first and asked question later, the buyers stepped up to the plate and turned all major stock averages green during the afternoon.

The Dow Jones continues to hold Friday's 9835 low and continues to recover It's recent losses. Resistance is located between 10,200-10,300 and if we see a close above this area, I believe we could retest the 52 weeks highs. If the Dow Jones closes below 9835, I see downside risk to 9500.
