Citigroup Inc. (NYSE:C) is set to open at $3.40 in pre market. The stock hit the 50 day moving average on Wednesday but failed to close above it. This is a moving average Citigroup hasn't closed above since mid October. Tomorrow, the 50 day should come down to about $3.43. I will be buying Citigroup again when the stock closes above this level. Pullbacks to $3.25 are now a strong buy.
