Origin Agritech Limited (SEED) - Shares of Origin Agritech Limited began the day lower Monday but then exploded higher by around 9%. Keep an eye on resistance levels of $12.87 & $13.19 for Tuesday.

Adventrx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (ANX) - ANX soared in pre market but then fell right at the open due to the following news: ADVENTRX Pharmaceuticals Announces Financing. I won't buy ANX now until it breaks above $0.50.

China Direct Industries, Inc. (CDII) - CDII is the hottest stock so far in 2010 after the company released the following news: China Direct Industries Provides Financial Outlook for Fiscal 2010 Ending September 30, 2010. Resistance is all the way up at $2.10.

Delta Petroleum Corp. (DPTR) - Delta Petroleum is certainly starting 2010 with a bang. The stock jumped 23% Monday on no news. Resistance = $1.39

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - RIMM received a downgrade Monday morning which sent the stock lower. RIMM is now trading below both the 200 & 10 day moving average which is bearish for the short term. I will wait for the stock to fall between $63.50-$65 and then buy some shares for my portfolio.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) - I like AMD as long as it remains above $9. If it falls below $9, I will look to buy between $7-$8. Resistance is now located at $10.04

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - AIG closed back below $30 on Thursday. I only like AIG from here on out above $30 and would buy a break above $33. For short term traders, $30.54 is resistance.

Bank of America Corp (BAC) - Bank of America Corporation had a great day on Monday as the financials rallied. The stock is now trading back above the 50 day moving average located at $15.55. If I see BAC close above this level, I will be a buyer. I think this could be the start of a new uptrend but I need to see several closes above the 50 day moving average to be certain.

Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - The financials are starting 2010 off with a bang. FAS is now the stock to be in as it held support last week of $73.50. Having said that, I would not be buying FAZ at all right now unless FAS did break down through $73.50. Upside resistance for FAS is located $80 & $82.79.

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $1.37 - Resistance = $1.52

Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $1.12 - Resistance $1.23
