Citigroup Inc (NYSE:C) continues to hold $3.50 as well as the 10 day moving average located at $3.48. I am watching resistance at $3.70, as soon as Citigroup breaks above this level, I think it will retest $4.00. I also think the $3.13 bottom is a solid short term bottom that should hold.
