Bank of America Corp (BAC) - Bank of America Corporation held most Friday's gains from pre market. There was a glitch at the end of the day on Friday which had the stock closing at $16.28. The real close was $16.19. I am still watching for the first close over the 50 day moving average ( currently located at $16.26 ) which would be a strong buy signal.

Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) - AMD was on fire again Monday after an upgrade and the fact that Intel Corporation (INTC) will be delaying their graphic chip. The next major resistance level is located at $9.50. I'd be a buyer of pullbacks to $7.60 with a stop at $7.50.

Synovus Financial Corp. (SNV) - SNV was upgraded to market perform by FBR Capital on Friday. SNV looks like it will test the 50 day moving average ( currently $2.64 ) very soon. This stock should be active for trading for the rest of the week.

Potash Corp. of Saskatchewan, Inc. (POT) - Goldman Sachs upgrade POT on Monday. A break above $124 would be very bullish going forward.

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - AIG had a nice day on Monday. The stock continues to hold $29 which is bullish. I will be buying AIG when the stock breaks above $32 as well as $33.

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS appears to be back in control right now. While I'd like to buy a dip below $70, this may not happen anytime soon. I will be buying FAS for a quick trade if the stock breaks above $76.33.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - RIMM was up 3% Monday due to the following news. You could see a real break out occur leading up to earnings if the stock breaks $61.49. Keep an eye on this level. Earnings are due out 12/17/09.

Pacific Ethanol, Inc. (PEIX) - PEIX was hot on Monday afternoon, but on low volume. A close above $0.85 would be bullish and you might see the big volume come back into the stock.

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) - CTIC looks like it will close above $1.21 Monday, very bullish. I would be a buyer of any 10-15% correction as the stock is starting a new uptrend. Resistance is now located at $1.30.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS) - The 50 day moving average is located at $16.46. I am waiting for LVS to close back over this level.

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $0.98 - Resistance = $1.11

Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $0.88 - Resistance $0.99
