Citigroup Inc. (NYSE:C) was unchanged Wednesday but is up afterhours on the BAC news. Thursday, I will be watching how Citigroup acts if the stock retests the 10 day moving average located at $4.18. A close over this level would bring in additional buying pressure. I plan to add to my long term holdings when Citigroup breaks $4.31 as well as on a close over the 50 day moving average. Support continues to be located at $4.00.
