Somaxon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (SOMX) - SOMX exploded on Monday as traders appear to be buying ahead of the FDA decision due out early next week. There is strong resistance between $4.78-$5.00.

Origin Agritech Limited (SEED) - SEED continues to break out after pausing late last week. The stock broke through resistance located between $11.44 as well as $12.04. A close above this level would be bullish and there is virtually no major resistance until $15. A will continue to buy 10-15% pullbacks.

Rentech, Inc. (RTK) - RTK jumped Monday after the company scheduled their upcoming earnings report for 12/15/09. This is a stock that could see upside leading up to earnings but then it is a coin flip. I am watching for a close over the 50 day moving average located at $1.50. This would be bullish! The next major resistance levels would be $1.62 & $1.82.

Netlist Inc. (NLST) - The 10 day moving average ( $5.99 ) has finally caught up with NLST. At this point, it could go either way. If NLST closes below the 10 day moving average, I would be avoiding the stock altogether. If NLST breaks $6.50 on heavy volume, I think it could be the start of another leg higher. NLST needs up days with 10 million volume or higher.

Sequenom Inc. (SQNM) - SQNM is another stock I am watching closely. The stock broke out on heavy volume last week with no news. The 10 day moving average is getting ready to break up through the 50 day which is very bullish. Resistance is located at $4.53 & $5.42.

DryShips, Inc. (DRYS) - DRYS shows signs of life every now and then. Still waiting for a Drill Ship contract which would send shares flying. If not in the next month, we could see a contract announcement in early 2010. The first level of resistance is located at $6.50.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - Earnings are due out December 17th, 2009. The stock continues to underperform but is trading at a very attractive valuation. Look for a RIMM shares to rebound when the stock closes above $61.49.

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - AIG broke down through two major support levels which I have talking about for over a month now. Options activity is looking very bearish right now. The only bullish indicator is the fact that AIG bounced off the 200 day moving average located at $28.98. A close below this level would extend the decline. If you are trading AIG from the long side, wait for the stock to break through It's high of the day.

Bank of America Corp (BAC) - Bank of America Corporation rebounded slightly on Monday but still remains weak. The stock has closed below the 50 day moving average ( currently $16.39 ) for the past 28 trading sessions. When BAC finally does close back over the 50 day MA, I will buy the stock.

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - I am a huge fan of FAS below $70 for the long term. I continue to think the easy money has been made on FAZ in the short term so I'd be taking the opportunity to accumulate a long postion in FAS. Support is located at $70.88 with resistance at $73.40.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS) - LVS has traded below both the 10 & 50 day moving averages for the past seven trading sessions. When this changes, I will buy LVS for a trade. The 50 day moving average is currently located at $16.67. Support on LVS is now $15.

FRE, FNM - With investors jittery about AIG, you just knew FRE & FNM would get hit.....keep an eye on the support and resistance levels below.

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $0.98 - Resistance = $1.11

Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $0.74 - Resistance $0.99
