CEL-SCI Corp. (CVM) - Shares of CVM spiked back over $1.00 on no news Tuesday. I am watching the 10 day moving average at $1.18 and the 50 day moving average located at $1.24. A close over these two levels would be bullish. I would then be placing a stop at $1.17.

Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) - RIMM bounced back Tuesday after a downgrade out of Citigroup. $57.20 now becomes support with resistance at $60 and $62.37 which is the 10 day moving average. Longer term, I will buy RIMM when it closes back over the 200 day moving average all the way up at $65.66.

DryShips, Inc. (DRYS) - DRYS appears to be finally basing down below $6. I plan to add to my long term position when the stock breaks back above $7.

American Intl Group, Inc. (AIG) - AIG held $33 once again Tuesday, the stock is now testing It's 10 day moving average at $36.52. A close over this level would be bullish. AIG hasn't closed above the 10 day moving average in 13 trading sessions.

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ)
Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shs(ETF)(FAS) - FAS is finally showing signs of a short term bottom. The stock failed to break the previous days low which was $63.80. Instead, FAS made a daily low of $65.68 and is trading up near the high of the day. $70.20 is resistance as is $72.10. If FAS closes back over $72.10, I will become bullish again. If FAS would break down through $65.68, I'd jump into FAZ for a trade.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. (LVS) - LVS rebounded with the casino stocks on Tuesday and is now trading back above $14.50. This level will now become support. On the upside, resistance is located at $15.20 which is the 10 day moving average. The stock hasn't closed above the 10 day in 13 trading sessions. When this changes, the buyers should flood back into the stock like usual.

Cell Therapeutics, Inc. (CTIC) - Support = $0.95, $0.92 - Resistance = $1.01

Freddie Mac (FRE) - Support = $1.10 - Resistance = $1.20, $1.35
Fannie Mae (FNM) - Support = $1.00 - Resistance $1.08, $1.13

US Energy Corp. (USEG) - USEG stock popped above It's 10 day moving average on Tuesday after the company reported positive results out of another Bakken Shale well. $5.83 now becomes support, I like USEG as long as it remains over $5.83.
