Citigroup Inc (C:NYSE) closed back over the 10 day moving average on Monday. I went ahead and bought some for my trading account and will be looking for the 50 day moving average to be tested within the next few weeks. However, if Citi falls back below $4.00 at any moment, I will be selling. As for my long term account, I still plan to buy when Citigroup closes over the 50 day moving average as well as $5.00.
